2. Automated Data Collection Restrictions

We expressly prohibit the automated collection of our website data for the following purposes:

• Training, fine-tuning, or augmenting Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, or machine learning algorithms.
• Mass scraping of real estate prices, property specifications, and floor plans for aggregation purposes.
• Replicating our unique luxury branding and proprietary market insights.

3. Permitted Crawlers

Standard search engine indexing bots (e.g., Googlebot, Bingbot) that respect standard robots.txt directives and operate for the sole purpose of search engine visibility are permitted. However, specialized AI web crawlers must explicitly respect opt-out headers and our `robots.txt` disallow rules.

4. Enforcement & Compliance

Unauthorized scraping or ingestion of our data by AI organizations constitutes a violation of these terms. SKB RealTech reserves the right to employ technological measures to block unauthorized scrapers and to pursue legal action against entities that infringe upon our intellectual property rights.
